Carrots are a healthy and appetizing ingredient for flavorful baked goods. The vegetable gives the dish a pleasant yellow-orange hue and additional sweetness. Try the delicious carrot curd casserole for a family breakfast.

We peel the carrots and pass them through a fine grater. We send it to the container for kneading the dough.
