It is often difficult for parents to instill in their child a love for the most useful product - cottage cheese, which is very rich in useful trace elements, vitamins and minerals. In such cases, a curd casserole would be an excellent alternative, which can be served both as an independent dish and as a dessert.

First of all, you need to combine semolina and sour cream. We leave everything until it swells for about 30 minutes. During this time, the mass must be stirred.

We take a deep bowl, put the cottage cheese in it. Soften it with a fork.

Beat eggs and granulated sugar. Then add vanilla sugar and salt and beat again.
