Curd casserole with flour and milk

Curd casserole is a wonderful dessert for lovers of cottage cheese. For a denser structure, semolina is most often used. I suggest making a curd casserole with flour and milk.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
Prepare the ingredients for the curd casserole. Rinse the raisins well under running water, let the excess liquid drain through a sieve.
step 2 out of 8
Heat the milk in the microwave. Pour whole grain flour into a small bowl (you can also use regular flour), cover with warmed milk and leave for 10 minutes.
step 3 out of 8
Divide chicken eggs into yolks and whites. Take a deep bowl, lay out the cottage cheese, add egg yolks, granulated sugar and vanillin.
step 4 out of 8
Using a hand blender or mixer, blend until smooth.
step 5 out of 8
Beat the cooled egg whites with a pinch of salt using a mixer until stiff peaks.
step 6 out of 8
Put the swollen whole grain flour and dried raisins into the curd mass. Mix well. Add the whipped egg whites in several steps into the curd mass and stir gently from bottom to top.
step 7 out of 8
Grease a baking dish with a little butter or cover with parchment paper. The silicone mold does not need to be lubricated. Carefully lay out the curd dough and spread evenly over the entire surface using a silicone spatula. Place the mold in a well preheated oven. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
step 8 out of 8
Remove the casserole from the oven and let cool slightly. Gently transfer the cooked casserole to a dish. Slice in portions. Garnish with jam, sour cream, or icing sugar as desired.

Enjoy your tea!
