The curd casserole in the airfryer turns out to be very ruddy and juicy. The fruit filling adds sourness and very refreshing to the familiar taste of this traditional curd dish. The composition of the filling can be varied according to your taste, achieving the perfect combination according to your own preferences.

Put the cottage cheese in a wide bowl and punch it with an immersion blender until a homogeneous mass without grains is obtained. Add the egg, add sugar, vanillin. Stir well with a whisk or mixer at medium speed. Sift flour with baking powder into a bowl of cottage cheese and knead thoroughly with a whisk until the components are completely mixed. The curd mass turns out to be quite thick, falls off the spoon in a heavy lump.
Rinse the orange with a brush and dry. Remove the zest from half of the fruit with a fine grater or a special knife, this will be enough. Then we clean the orange, free it on white veins and seeds, cut into small pieces. We also wash the apples, dry them, free them from seed pods and cut them into small cubes. My kiwi, peel, cut into small pieces, commensurate with the slices of the rest of the fruit.
