If you have a bread maker, this is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy not only fresh bread, but also delicious desserts. It will take a little longer than usual to make casseroles in the bread maker, but the result is a real gastronomic delight.

In a deep bowl, beat eggs and sugar until fluffy, so our casserole will be fluffier.

We wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve - it will be a homogeneous consistency without lumps and our casserole will be airy.

We transfer the cottage cheese to the bowl of the bread maker. Add eggs, semolina mixed with baking powder, vanillin, butter and milk to the curd. Add lemon zest to the dough - it will give the casserole an amazing citrus aroma. We turn on the dough kneading program for 3 minutes. After the program is over, slightly flatten the top of the casserole with a spatula. Set the baking program and leave the casserole to bake until a beep sounds.

After the sound signal, open the lid of the bread machine and let the casserole cool down a little, remove the casserole from the container, do not forget to remove the dough blades from the casserole with a special hook.
