Curd casserole in a multicooker-pressure cooker

Cottage cheese casseroles can be cooked in the oven, in a microwave oven, in a bread maker, in a multicooker, in a multicooker-pressure cooker. I propose to cook a delicious tender cottage cheese casserole in a multicooker-pressure cooker. The structure of the curd dessert is light and airy.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
Put sour cream in a small bowl, add semolina, mix everything well and leave to swell for 20 minutes.
step 2 out of 8
Break the chicken eggs into a deep bowl, gradually adding granulated sugar and increasing the speed, beat with a mixer until fluffy.

Peel the bananas, smash them with your hands, or cut them into medium pieces. Transfer to a container and use a hand blender to grind them.
step 4 out of 8
In a bowl with beaten eggs, using a sieve, wipe the cottage cheese, add chopped banana, swollen semolina, salt and vanilla sugar. Mix everything gently.
step 5 out of 8
Lubricate the multicooker-pressure cooker bowl with a little butter, transfer the dough, smooth with a silicone spatula. Close the lid of the multicooker-pressure cooker. Select the "Baking" mode, set the cooking time to 40 minutes.

After the cooking time has elapsed, the multicooker-pressure cooker will turn off. Leave the casserole for 5 minutes, then open the lid and let stand 15 minutes.
step 7 out of 8
Gently transfer the curd casserole to a platter.
step 8 out of 8
Cut the cooled casserole in portions. Garnish with sour cream, fresh berries or jam as desired.
