Airy curd casserole

The curd casserole, which is often called airy, is very reminiscent of a light curd soufflé, which is obtained thanks to the addition of well-beaten eggs and the almost complete absence of flour, as well as semolina. Everyone who eats it likes this product, and especially the kids. It is worth knowing that ready-made airy casserole falls off a little, but this is quite normal for this dish.
