If you don't know what a quick dessert to prepare for tea, use a simple recipe for curd-coconut muffins. Homemade cakes will certainly appeal to all those with a sweet tooth, especially young children. If you are unsure where to buy coconut flour, use a 1: 1 ratio of wheat flour and coconut flakes.

Prepare all the ingredients you need to make the curd coconut muffins.

Break the chicken eggs into a deep container. Then add the required amount of granulated sugar and vanilla sugar.

Using a whisk or mixer, beat thoroughly until smooth and fluffy.

Add cottage cheese to a container with beaten chicken eggs. Melt the butter completely and add to the rest of the ingredients.
