Flourless curd and rice casserole

Like any dish, the curd-rice casserole has many interpretations. Each housewife prepares it according to her favorite and ideal recipe. I suggest making cottage cheese and rice casseroles without flour. The recipe for the dessert is quite simple, and the result is incredibly tasty. Curd and rice casserole is often prepared for young children.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 14
Prepare all the ingredients you need. Rinse the rice under water several times. Then put in a deep saucepan, cover with plenty of cold water. Bring the saucepan to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat and cook the rice for about 10 minutes. Then drain it through a sieve or colander and let it sit for a while to allow the excess liquid to glass.
step 2 out of 14
Break the chicken egg into a deep container and beat thoroughly with a mixer or whisk.
step 3 out of 14
Then add the required amount of granulated sugar and beat well again.
step 4 out of 14
Then add the required amount of cottage cheese and mix thoroughly until smooth.
step 5 out of 14
Then add the required amount of semolina.
step 6 out of 14
Beat well again until smooth. It is best to use a mixer for these purposes.
step 7 out of 14
Add boiled rice to the resulting mass. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
step 8 out of 14
Grease a baking dish with a little butter, and then sprinkle with semolina, spreading it over the entire surface of the dish.
step 9 out of 14
Pour half of the prepared dough into the prepared mold.
step 10 out of 14
Then lay out the berries or fruits. I used frozen red currants and strawberries. This casserole can be prepared with dried fruit or no fillers at all.
step 11 out of 14
Place the remaining dough on top, spreading evenly with a silicone spatula.
step 12 out of 14
Then lay out the remaining berries. Place the mold in a preheated oven and bake for about 30-35 minutes at 160 degrees.
step 13 out of 14
Check the casserole for readiness with a toothpick or wooden skewer. Carefully remove the baking dish from the oven and let the casserole cool slightly.
step 14 out of 14
Then gently remove the casserole from the mold and place on a nice dish. Cut the flourless curd-rice casserole into portions and serve with freshly brewed aromatic tea.

Bon Appetit!
