Cottage cheese and rice casserole with banana

I propose to cook an incredibly tender and airy curd-rice casserole with a banana. Small children are very fond of this casserole. A great option for a delicious and hearty breakfast. Available and inexpensive ingredients are used to make the casserole.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
If you have ready-made rice, it will save you a little time. If there is no ready-made rice, cook it. Measure out the required amount of rice and rinse thoroughly in running water. Put the washed rice in a deep saucepan and cover with a little cold water, put the saucepan over medium heat, salt and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook the rice covered for about 15-20 minutes.
step 2 out of 7
Throw the boiled rice in a colander and rinse with cold water.
step 3 out of 7
Peel the bananas and then cut into thin slices.
step 4 out of 7
Rub the curd through a sieve, mash with a fork or chop with a hand blender.
step 5 out of 7
Then add the required amount of granulated sugar, chicken egg, boiled rice and bananas.
step 6 out of 7
Mix well. Prepare a baking dish, brush it with a little butter, and then lay out the prepared dough, spread it evenly over the entire surface of the baking dish using a silicone spatula. Place the mold in a preheated oven and bake the casserole at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
step 7 out of 7
Check the casserole for readiness with a toothpick or wooden skewer. Then carefully remove it from the oven, cool slightly. Serve the curd-rice casserole with banana on the table in portions, decorate with banana slices on top.

Enjoy this delicate and delicious dessert!
