I would like to offer a variant of a delicious and very satisfying breakfast. I often make a curd and rice casserole with raisins for my family for breakfasts on weekends. The curd-rice casserole turns out to be incredibly tasty and tender. It often happens that you want something sweet, but there is nothing in the house, then this dessert will become a lifesaver for you.

Boil the rice first. Measure out the required amount of rice and rinse it well in running water. Then put in a deep saucepan, cover with cold water, put on medium heat and bring to a boil, salt a little, then reduce heat and cook rice for about 15-20 minutes. Pour the boiled rice through a sieve or colander, and then rinse with cold water.

Measure out the required amount of raisins, sort them well, then rinse in cold running water. Place in a deep container and fill with pre-prepared boiling water. Leave the raisins to swell for about 5-7 minutes.

Combine eggs with the required amount of granulated sugar in a separate deep container. Using a whisk or mixer, beat until smooth and smooth.

Pre-wipe the cottage cheese through a fine sieve or grind until smooth using an immersion blender, then add rice to it and mix thoroughly.
