Curd sour cream cake

I really love to cook homemade cakes for family feasts and holiday celebrations. To make the desserts tender, juicy and incredibly tasty, they require additional impregnation or a layer of creams. Today I want to share a recipe for an interesting and very tasty cream made on the basis of sour cream and cottage cheese. The cream is airy and gives lightness to your desserts.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
Put the required amount of cottage cheese in a deep container.
step 2 out of 8
Then add lemon zest as desired. If you are worried that the cream will taste bitter, reduce the amount of lemon peel or leave it alone.
step 3 out of 8
The next step is to add granulated sugar in the amount that will suit you.
step 4 out of 8
Then add the required amount of good quality sour cream with high fat content.
step 5 out of 8
Then add the required amount of heavy cream.
step 6 out of 8
Add lemon juice last.
step 7 out of 8
Using a mixer, beat the resulting mass until a smooth, uniform consistency. Begin to beat at low speed, gradually increasing the speed of the mixer.
step 8 out of 8
Tighten the finished cream with cling film or cover with foil and place in the refrigerator for about an hour and a half in order for it to stabilize, become more uniform and cool. Serve the finished cream on the table as an independent dessert or soak the cake with it.

Enjoy a delicious and aromatic dessert!
