Cottage cheese and pumpkin casserole with poppy seeds

For lovers of cottage cheese desserts, I propose an interesting experiment. The pumpkin-curd casserole with poppy seeds turns out to be especially tasty and incredibly beautiful. Such casserole is not a shame to serve even on a festive table. The dessert turns out to be tender, juicy and airy. Be sure to take my advice and make this extraordinarily vibrant casserole.

Put the required amount of cottage cheese in a deep container, add sour cream, granulated sugar and chicken eggs. Use a hand blender to bring the mixture to a smooth, uniform consistency.

In the resulting mass, add a tablespoon of cornstarch and the required amount of poppy seeds. Mix thoroughly until smooth.

Then prepare the pumpkin base. Combine the required amount of pumpkin puree in a deep bowl, add chicken eggs and granulated sugar. Using a mixer, beat until smooth.

Add a tablespoon of cornstarch to the resulting mass and mix well until smooth.

Prepare a baking dish. Grease the bottom and sides with a small amount of butter, and then sprinkle with starch, evenly distributing it over the entire surface. You can also cover the bottom with baking paper. Put a tablespoon of curd-poppy mass and pumpkin base on the bottom, alternating them.

Thus, fill in the form until the curd-poppy and pumpkin mass ends. Then use a wooden skewer to make a beautiful drawing. Place the form in a preheated oven and bake the pumpkin-curd casserole at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.

While the casserole is in the oven, prepare the casserole. In a deep container, combine the required amount of sour cream, pumpkin puree, as well as granulated sugar and chicken eggs. Using a mixer, beat until smooth.

After the time has passed, carefully remove the casserole dish from the oven and pour the prepared filling over the top, spreading it evenly over the entire surface. Gently place the casserole dish in the oven and bake for another 10 minutes. Then carefully remove it from the oven, cool a little, and then remove the finished pumpkin-cheese casserole with poppy seeds from the mold.
