Let's get to the pumpkin first. We clean the vegetable, take out the seeds and cut into small cubes.

Next, boil the pumpkin in a saucepan for 7-10 minutes until soft and grind in mashed potatoes (add a little water to the bottom of the pan so that the pumpkin does not burn).

Add sugar, a pinch of salt and vanillin to the eggs, beat with a mixer into a fluffy mass.

Add cottage cheese and sunflower oil to the resulting mass. We shift the pumpkin here and pour in a little cinnamon. Sift flour with baking powder.
