Cottage cheese cupcakes with cream

Appetizing curd cupcakes with a delicate whipped cream and mascarpone cream. Sugar can be adjusted to your liking, and the top can be decorated with nuts or powdered sugar.

Beat the cottage cheese with a mixer to get a homogeneous soft mass.

We heat the butter over low heat or in a water bath, if you are afraid that it will burn.

Combine eggs with sugar and beat until thick. Add milk, gradually introduce flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar and cottage cheese. Knead the dough.

For the cream, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar. Then add the mascarpone and beat again into a homogeneous mixture.

Lubricate the cupcake molds with vegetable oil. We fill them 2/3 with dough and send them to a preheated oven. Bake cupcakes for about 30 minutes.
