Curd cake is a light and healthy dessert that you can offer your child. Not all children love cottage cheese, and in combination with a pear stewed in spices, they simply will not guess that cottage cheese is one of the main ingredients of such a wonderful delicacy.

First, let's take care of the filling: choose a hard pear so that it does not digest into porridge during the languishing process. We wash it, clean it from the core and cut it into 8 slices.

In a saucepan, bring water to a boil, add raisins, spices and sugar, put a pear and simmer under a lid for 15-20 minutes. Instead of the spices we have indicated, you can use a set of spices for mulled wine - they will give the pear a spicy aroma.

When the pear becomes soft, put it in a colander and start preparing the dough.

In a deep bowl, mix the softened butter with sugar and stir gently with a fork.

We introduce eggs one by one and beat everything with a mixer until a fluffy consistency is obtained.

Add cottage cheese, rubbed through a sieve. We add soda to the sour cream, it, like a fermented milk product, will extinguish the soda. Add it to the dough and mix well at a reduced mixer speed.

The last stage - we introduce the pear cut into cubes into the dough and add a couple of tablespoons of the syrup in which it languished. Mix everything well.

Fill the molds with the resulting dough, not too tightly, the muffins will rise a little more during the baking process. We put the muffins to bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
