Delicious, and most importantly light, curd cakes are perfect for drinking tea with friends and family. To prepare them, it is better to use a mixer or wipe the cottage cheese through a fine sieve in advance so that the muffins are more tender.

Break the chilled chicken eggs into a dry container and beat them with a little salt. Then add sugar and continue beating the eggs with a mixer until smooth.

Rub the cottage cheese through a fine sieve, add it to the egg mass and mix.

Melt the butter over low heat or in the microwave, cool it down. Add ghee to the other ingredients. Mix flour with baking powder and sift. Add flour in small portions and knead the dough.

Fill 2/3 of the silicone molds with the resulting dough. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the tins in the oven and bake the muffins for 30 minutes, until they are golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired, cool slightly and serve with tea.
