Curd cake with raisins in a slow cooker

A special feature of our recipe curd cakes is the raisins, which act as a flavoring agent for the dough. They will also stay soft for two days.

It is not for nothing that the use of a multicooker is rightfully considered one of the most convenient and healthy ways of cooking.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 12
A couple of hours before cooking, we take out a piece of butter from the refrigerator. Let it melt, so that later the mass is easier to mix.
step 2 out of 12
Add granulated sugar and vanilla sugar. We mix. It is better to use a fork, because you will have to make an effort, since at the beginning the mass will be stirred quite hard.
step 3 out of 12
Add butter. It is not necessary to beat it, it is enough to mix until a homogeneous consistency.
step 4 out of 12
Put cottage cheese in a bowl: preferably at room temperature.
step 5 out of 12
Pour in the eggs and knead again.
step 6 out of 12
At this stage, the dough should be slightly grainy due to the grains of cottage cheese. Pour in baking powder and flour.
step 7 out of 12
Wash the raisins first, but not in hot water. Then we dry it on paper or paper towel and pour it into the dough.
step 8 out of 12
Stir the dough well for the last time and arrange it in the tins. Using a few small tins will make the cupcakes bake better. In any case, it is only necessary to fill out the form with a test for three quarters. We take into account that the dough will still rise. There is no need to grease the baking dish.
step 9 out of 12
We set the "Baking" mode on the multicooker. If possible, set the temperature to 180 degrees and leave the dough to bake for 50-60 minutes.
step 10 out of 12
Do not be alarmed that the finished muffins turned out to be light - only the bottoms will be golden, the texture should turn out to be porous.
step 11 out of 12
For lovers of sweets, powdered sugar can become a decor. And those who prefer an interesting combination of flavors will love the sweet and sour icing. Pour lemon juice into a tablespoon and gradually stir in 50 gr. icing sugar. Lubricate the tops of the cupcakes as soon as the frosting is done, otherwise it will harden.
step 12 out of 12
Serve cupcakes with tea, milk or cocoa.
