Curd cake with berries

How often, on cold winter evenings or in rainy spring-autumn periods, do we think about how to return to summer even for a few minutes? But it's so easy to do it! It is enough to prepare a curd cake with fresh or frozen berries. So simple and so delicious. Your family will surely thank you for the gift of summer mood.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 9
Beat one egg well with half a glass of sugar.
step 2 out of 9
We take the margarine out of the refrigerator in advance so that it melts a little. Add the softened margarine to the egg-sugar mixture, add the baking powder, mix until smooth.
step 3 out of 9
Pour in a little flour, knead the dough. The resulting dough should not stick to your hands. We put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
step 4 out of 9
While the dough is resting in the refrigerator, we make the filling. Cottage cheese, 2 eggs, a glass of sugar and sour cream, grind until smooth.
step 5 out of 9
Grease the baking dish with oil, sprinkle with flour. We take out the dough from the refrigerator, distribute it in shape, forming the bottom and sides of our future cake.
step 6 out of 9
Pour the curd filling into the middle of the mold.
step 7 out of 9
If frozen berries are used, then defrost them in advance. Add starch to the berries.
step 8 out of 9
We bake the prepared dough at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, then take it out, spread the berries on the surface of the curd cake.
step 9 out of 9
Bake for another 30 minutes at the same temperature until the dough is browned. We take out the finished cake, let it cool and can be served. But it is better to put the cake in the refrigerator for 4 hours: this way it will become even more tender and tasty.
