Cottage cheese cake in a Panasonic multicooker

The Panasonic multicooker helps the hostess prepare a wonderful dessert for tea - a curd cake, which differs from baking in the oven by its excellent taste, aroma and softness. It is important to prepare the cake according to the recipe and not replace the ingredients, otherwise the dough may not rise and become fluffy. In this slow cooker, the cake is cooked on the "Baking" program for 80 minutes.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
Keep the products for making the cake at home temperature for some time so that they are not cold. Melt the required amount of butter in the microwave or in a water bath, just do not bring it to a boil.
step 2 out of 5
Pour the melted butter into a bowl for kneading the dough, add sugar to it and beat with a mixer at medium speed into a fluffy mass. Then break the eggs to the beaten butter and add the sour cream.
step 3 out of 5
Mash the cottage cheese in a separate bowl in any way well and transfer it to the rest of the ingredients. Sift the flour on a sieve, add baking powder to it and vanillin on the tip of a knife and mix. Then pour this flour mixture into a bowl to the cottage cheese and egg-oil mixture. Use a mixer to knead the dough until thick, homogeneous.
step 4 out of 5
Lubricate a multi-bowl with a small amount of vegetable oil. Then put the kneaded curd dough into it and make its surface even with a spatula.
step 5 out of 5
Place the bowl in the Panasonic multicooker, close the lid and turn on the Baking program for the default time. In this model, it is usually 1 hour, which is not enough for a cake, so continue baking for another 20 minutes. Cool the curd cake baked in a cartoon cooker without removing it from the bowl, otherwise it may break. Then transfer it to a beautiful dish, decorate to your liking and serve.
Delicious and successful baking!
