Curd cake without baking

Royal and delicious pasta with dried fruits on Sunday will become a festive dish. It does not require baking and preparation is not difficult. Each family has its own traditions, someone prefers to bake butter cakes, and some love the delicate curd taste of paska, but everyone needs to try such a delicacy.

Pour raisins and dried apricots with boiling water for 10 minutes, then drain the water and squeeze them out a little.

Rub the cottage cheese (preferably rustic) through a sieve into a bowl twice.

Soften the butter and combine with sugar, add sour cream and stir well. Combine both parts and mix until smooth.

Take a mold and wrap it inside with cheesecloth in several layers. Place it in a deep bowl and lay out the curd dough. Wrap cheesecloth and place a small press saucer on top. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
