Curd cake without eggs

Cottage cheese cake without eggs can often be found on the festive table at Easter. It is prepared very quickly and easily. To your taste, you can add various dried fruits and vanilla sugar to the curd.

Wipe the cottage cheese through a fine sieve or scroll through a meat grinder. Mix the curd mass with softened butter.

Pour raisins, prunes and dried apricots with boiling water for 15 minutes, then rinse and chop finely.

Add powdered sugar, sour cream and vanillin to the curd mass, mix with a blender.
