Curd cake in a slow cooker

Delicious, aromatic Easter cake with raisins is very easy to cook in a slow cooker. The curd dough turns out to be especially tender and soft. This cake will decorate the festive table and will be a good gift for guests.

Heat the milk a little, pour yeast, a spoonful of sugar and 2 tablespoons of flour into it. Stir, cover with a towel and leave for 20 minutes.

Melt the butter, add sugar, including vanilla and beat with a mixer.

Now we mix the yeast mass with the creamy one, mix them with the cottage cheese and sift the flour into the mixture through a strainer.

Knead the elastic dough, cover it with a towel and put it in a warm place for 2 hours.
