Such a pie is somewhat reminiscent of a tart: a shortbread base and a curd-fruit filling on top. However, the product is rather dense and satisfying in texture, therefore it justifies the "title" of the pie more. To enrich the taste of the sandy base, add chopped walnuts to it. And when preparing the filling, grind the banana along with the cottage cheese to a state of a smooth mass. Strawberries, on the other hand, will be soloed in separate pieces in a curd-banana filling - very tasty.
Ingredients
Cooking process
To prepare a shortbread base, break the cookies into pieces and put them in a blender bowl. Grind the cookies until fine crumbs are obtained. Alternatively, cookies can be placed in a dense plastic bag and "walk" over it with a rolling pin - you will also get crumb, but more uneven. Pour the crumb into a bowl, add softened butter. Finely chop the walnuts with a knife and also add to the sand crumbs. We grind everything together until a moist crumbly mass is obtained. Grease the baking dish with a small amount of butter. If the mold is silicone, then, as a rule, you do not need to lubricate. Pour the crumb into a mold and distribute it evenly over the entire bottom.
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 190 degrees. We put the form with the future cake on the middle level of an already hot oven and bake for about thirty to thirty-five minutes. Baking times may vary slightly depending on the specific oven. We focus on the fact that by the end of baking, the cake should be well browned on the surface. We take the finished product out of the oven and let it cool slightly. Then we remove the cake from the mold, transfer it to a serving dish and cool completely. Before serving, sprinkle the surface of the pie with powdered sugar, cut into portions and serve.
Bon Appetit!
