Cottage cheese pie with strawberries and banana

Such a pie is somewhat reminiscent of a tart: a shortbread base and a curd-fruit filling on top. However, the product is rather dense and satisfying in texture, therefore it justifies the "title" of the pie more. To enrich the taste of the sandy base, add chopped walnuts to it. And when preparing the filling, grind the banana along with the cottage cheese to a state of a smooth mass. Strawberries, on the other hand, will be soloed in separate pieces in a curd-banana filling - very tasty.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 9
To prepare a shortbread base, break the cookies into pieces and put them in a blender bowl. Grind the cookies until fine crumbs are obtained. Alternatively, cookies can be placed in a dense plastic bag and "walk" over it with a rolling pin - you will also get crumb, but more uneven. Pour the crumb into a bowl, add softened butter. Finely chop the walnuts with a knife and also add to the sand crumbs. We grind everything together until a moist crumbly mass is obtained. Grease the baking dish with a small amount of butter. If the mold is silicone, then, as a rule, you do not need to lubricate. Pour the crumb into a mold and distribute it evenly over the entire bottom.
step 2 out of 9
Using the flat bottom of the glass, we tamp the mass into a denser cake.
step 3 out of 9
We wash the strawberries in cool water, remove the sepals, dry the berries well on a towel from excess moisture. If the strawberries are large, then cut them into smaller pieces. We set aside a few berries for decoration. We spread the berries on a sand base.
step 4 out of 9
Cooking curd filling. To do this, break the eggs into a separate container and pour the granulated sugar. Beat everything together with a mixer until a fluffy light foam is obtained.
step 5 out of 9
Put the cottage cheese into the egg mass - the fatter it is, the more tender and rich in taste the curd layer will turn out. After the cottage cheese, put yogurt.
step 6 out of 9
Pour in flour. Peel the ripe soft banana and add it to the curd. Using an immersion blender, punch everything together until smooth.
step 7 out of 9
Pour the resulting mass onto a sand base over the strawberries.
step 8 out of 9
Lay out the deferred berries on top for decoration.
step 9 out of 9
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 190 degrees. We put the form with the future cake on the middle level of an already hot oven and bake for about thirty to thirty-five minutes. Baking times may vary slightly depending on the specific oven. We focus on the fact that by the end of baking, the cake should be well browned on the surface. We take the finished product out of the oven and let it cool slightly. Then we remove the cake from the mold, transfer it to a serving dish and cool completely. Before serving, sprinkle the surface of the pie with powdered sugar, cut into portions and serve.
Bon Appetit!
