This delicate and sunny dessert of cottage cheese, cookies and orange will delight you and your loved ones. It will be an alternative to homemade baking in the oven, and besides, it will be useful, since the curd remains fresh. The recipe is simple and quick and most of the time is spent on the cake hardening.

Pour the prepared sour cream-curd cream into a mold with cookies. Then put the cake in the refrigerator for 2 hours to set the gelatin. Pour the cake jelly bag into a cup, add the juice of 2 tangerines to it and add water so that the amount of liquid corresponds to that indicated on the jelly bag. Then boil the jelly over low heat for 20 seconds and refrigerate.
Cut the second orange into wedges and arrange them nicely over the top of the cake. Pour the rest of the tangerine jelly over the orange. Place the cake in the refrigerator for another 4-5 hours. Then remove the split ring from the cake. To remove it neatly, warm up the sides of the mold a little with a hairdryer. Transfer the cottage cheese cake from cookies with fruit to a beautiful dish and serve.
