Cottage cheese cake made from cookies with fruit without baking

This delicate and sunny dessert of cottage cheese, cookies and orange will delight you and your loved ones. It will be an alternative to homemade baking in the oven, and besides, it will be useful, since the curd remains fresh. The recipe is simple and quick and most of the time is spent on the cake hardening.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
Grind the cookies into small crumbs in any way. Pour the crushed cookies into a deep bowl. Melt the butter in the microwave and pour over the cookies. Then mix the butter and cookies with a spoon well.
step 2 out of 7
To assemble the cake, take a split baking dish and cover the bottom with a piece of baking paper. Put the cookie crumbs into this form and tamp it well with your hand. Place the mold in the refrigerator.
step 3 out of 7
Soak the correct amount of gelatin in water. Put cottage cheese in another bowl, add sour cream, sugar and vanilla sugar to it and mix them with a spoon or mixer until smooth.
step 4 out of 7
Add the juice of 1 orange to this sour cream-curd cream. Heat gelatin over low heat and mix well until it is completely dissolved, and then pour over the cream. Stir the cream with orange juice and gelatin again with a mixer.
step 5 out of 7
Pour the prepared sour cream-curd cream into a mold with cookies. Then put the cake in the refrigerator for 2 hours to set the gelatin. Pour the cake jelly bag into a cup, add the juice of 2 tangerines to it and add water so that the amount of liquid corresponds to that indicated on the jelly bag. Then boil the jelly over low heat for 20 seconds and refrigerate.
step 6 out of 7
Spoon the frozen jelly onto the curd layer of the cake and distribute it evenly over the surface. Leave a little jelly.
step 7 out of 7
Cut the second orange into wedges and arrange them nicely over the top of the cake. Pour the rest of the tangerine jelly over the orange. Place the cake in the refrigerator for another 4-5 hours. Then remove the split ring from the cake. To remove it neatly, warm up the sides of the mold a little with a hairdryer. Transfer the cottage cheese cake from cookies with fruit to a beautiful dish and serve.
