Cooking process

step 1 out of 10
Wash the pumpkin thoroughly under cool running water, pat dry with a clean kitchen towel, then peel it with a vegetable peeler, if possible, or use a sharp knife. To clean the pumpkin well, you can place it in the oven for 5 minutes at maximum temperature.
step 2 out of 10
Wash oranges and lemons thoroughly under cool water using a vegetable and fruit brush. Then pour over boiling water and cut in half. Put the prepared fruits in a deep saucepan with a thick bottom and cover with pre-prepared boiling water.
step 3 out of 10
Place over medium heat, bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for a few minutes.
step 4 out of 10
For juice, choose juicy and young dessert varieties of pumpkin. Cut the peeled pumpkin into several pieces and carefully remove the core with seeds, cut into small pieces of medium size, and then put in a deep saucepan, pour over the previously prepared boiling water. Put on medium heat, bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
step 5 out of 10
Using a slotted spoon, carefully put the prepared pumpkin on a sieve and rub through it. You can also use a hand blender.
step 6 out of 10
Using a slotted spoon, carefully place the cooked oranges and lemons on a sieve and rub through it.
step 7 out of 10
Combine mashed fruits and vegetables in one deep saucepan. Mix thoroughly.
step 8 out of 10
Combine the required amount of drinking water and granulated sugar in a separate container. Mix well. Pour the resulting syrup into a container with pumpkin-orange mass. Mix thoroughly. Place the saucepan over medium heat, bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer the juice for about 5 minutes.
step 9 out of 10
In the meantime, prepare the jars. Wash them thoroughly in warm water and baking soda, then sterilize in a water bath, microwave, or oven. Pour boiling water over the lids or boil in a separate container. Place aspirin and citric acid on the bottom of sterile jars.
step 10 out of 10
Hot pumpkin-orange juice with pulp, carefully so as not to burn yourself, pour into sterile jars, and then twist or roll up with a seamer with sterile lids. Turn the juice cans upside down and wrap them in a warm blanket. Leave as it is until it cools completely, then move the jars for long-term storage in a dark, cool place.

Enjoy your vitamin drink!
