Pumpkin juice with pulp through a juicer for the winter

Pumpkin juice is a unique drink that has many beneficial properties for the human body. The store sells expensive juices with a high sugar content, and there is nothing useful in these drinks. I want to share a recipe for a delicate-tasting pumpkin juice with pulp, prepared using a juicer.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 4
Wash juicy young pumpkin of sweet varieties thoroughly, dry well with a kitchen towel, and then peel it with a vegetable peeler or a sharp knife. Cut the peeled pumpkin in half and carefully remove the seeds with the core, then cut into equal small pieces, and put in the upper tier of the juicer.
step 2 out of 4
Pour cold water into the bottom of the juicer and put on fire. Bring to a moderate boil. Then put the juice collector on the lower tier, and check that the tube is well fixed. Place the top tier with the pumpkin on top, and close the lid. After about an hour, add the required amount of granulated sugar to the bowl with the pumpkin.
step 3 out of 4
Then collect the pumpkin juice in a half-liter jar, pouring into one large saucepan. Depending on how thick you want to get the juice, add pumpkin cake, pour in drinking water and mix thoroughly. Put the saucepan on fire and bring to a boil. Wash the jars well and then sterilize them in a water bath. Boil the lids.
step 4 out of 4
Pour hot pumpkin juice with pulp into clean jars and roll up with a seaming key with sterile lids. Turn the jars upside down, wrap them in a warm blanket or tea towel, and leave in this position until they cool completely for about a day. Then store the cooled jars of pumpkin juice in a cool, dark place.

Enjoy a healthy drink!
