Pumpkin juice with pulp at home for the winter

In recent years, I have gotten used to preserving pumpkin for the winter as a healthy and tasty drink. I want to share with you an easy recipe for homemade pumpkin juice with pulp. Dishes made from pumpkin somehow do not take root in our family, but the juice leaves great.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
Wash the pumpkin thoroughly, pat dry with a tea towel, and then peel it with a vegetable peeler or a sharp knife. Cut the peeled pumpkin in half, peel the seeds with a core, cut into small pieces of medium size.
step 2 out of 6
Put the prepared pumpkin in a deep saucepan with a thick bottom and cover with cold water so that it completely covers the pieces of pumpkin. Put the saucepan with the contents on moderate heat, close the lid well and bring to a boil. Then reduce heat and cook vegetables for about 10-15 minutes.
step 3 out of 6
Then add the required amount of granulated sugar and lemon juice, mix thoroughly. Bring to a boil again and then remove from heat. Adjust the amount of granulated sugar yourself in accordance with your own taste preferences and pumpkin varieties.
step 4 out of 6
Using a hand blender, grind the boiled pumpkin right in the saucepan until smooth and smooth. You can also rub the pumpkin through a fine sieve. Put the resulting mass back on the fire and bring to a boil. Prepare the jars. Wash them thoroughly in running water, and then sterilize in a way convenient for you.
step 5 out of 6
Gently pour hot pumpkin juice into sterile jars. Pour the lids with pre-prepared boiling water or boil in a separate container. Then roll up or roll up hot cans of vegetable juice with a seamer. Turn jars of hot juice upside down and wrap them in a warm blanket or towel.
step 6 out of 6
Leave in this position for about a day until it cools completely. Transfer cooled jars of pumpkin juice for long-term storage in a cellar or closet. Be sure to remove the sample by pouring yourself a glass of the vitamin drink.

Enjoy a healthy drink!
