Blueberries with sugar and starch are laid in a shortcrust pastry crust. Then everything is sprinkled with the remaining crumbs from the dough and baked in the oven for half an hour.

We spread the finished dough, put it in a baking dish with a diameter of 26 cm and sculpt the sides about 2 cm in height. Using a fork, we make punctures on the surface so that the cake does not swell during the baking process.

Cover the base with cling film and refrigerate for 40 minutes. Preheat the oven to 225 ° C and bake the cake for 5-7 minutes.
