The baking classic of all times and peoples is raisin buns. But few have tried puff snails stuffed with raisins. This sweet, juicy, ruddy delicacy will brighten up any day.

First, prepare the cream. Pour milk into a saucepan, add 20 grams of sugar and a vanilla pod. Bring the mixture to a boil, remove from heat, remove the vanilla and let sit for 15 minutes.
