If a duck is available, but you don’t want to "trick" and bother for a long time in the kitchen, we offer a simple recipe for this case. Cut the poultry into pieces and grease with mayonnaise-based marinade. We also cut potatoes and onions into pieces. We put everything together in a baking sleeve and send to the oven. An hour later, you can serve a delicious hot dish: juicy pieces of duck with a side dish of aromatic tender potatoes.

Grease each piece of duck generously with mayonnaise marinade and spread over the potato-onion mixture. After all the pieces of the bird are laid, we tie the sleeve tightly on both sides. Leave to marinate at room temperature for thirty minutes. After the marinating time has elapsed, place the sleeve on a baking sheet and set it in an oven preheated to 190 degrees. We bake for an hour and a half. The potatoes should be completely soft and the duck pieces should be golden brown. Ten to fifteen minutes before readiness, cut the sleeve on top, bend the edges and let the duck brown even more.
