New Year's holidays are approaching and it's time to think about the dishes that will flaunt on your table. The traditional New Year's feast is not complete without poultry meat. Therefore, a recipe for whole baked stuffed duck will come in handy.

Pour the soy sauce, olive oil, and lemon juice into a bowl. Add chopped thyme, garlic, honey, ground pepper and salt.

Brush the inside and outside of the duck carcass with the resulting spicy mixture, leave for 3-4 hours to marinate.

Cook basmati rice in accordance with the instructions on the package.

Cut a couple of apples into slices, mix them with tangerines, chopped onion prunes and rice. Season the filling to taste.

Stuff the duck with the rice and fruit filling.

Sew up the edges of the abdomen with thick threads.

Cover a baking sheet with foil, lay out the duck, halves of apples and oranges. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 2 hours. Sprinkle excess fat on the duck every 15-20 minutes.
