Wash the carcass thoroughly, pat dry with paper towels and remove excess fat.

Wash the apples, cut the skin, remove the seeds and cut into slices, half of the apples will be used for the filling, the other will be laid out next to the duck. Finely chop the prunes and walnuts. Cut orange slices into 2-3 parts. Combine all the filling ingredients in a bowl.

Brush the outside of the duck carcass with salt and ground pepper, rub the inside with garlic. Stuff the duck with the prepared filling, chop off the belly with toothpicks.
