An excellent poultry and fruit dish. Thanks to the original dressing of apples and oranges, the meat tastes great. And the recipe is simple enough for every housewife to cook it.

Wash the duck carcass and rub well inside and outside with salt. Cut the apple, orange and onion into small cubes.
