Perfect combination: duck, oranges, soy sauce and aromatic spices. The duck is baked whole in the oven and it turns out to be very beautiful and fragrant. Therefore, such a dish can be served on a festive table.

Wash the carcass thoroughly and dry with paper towels.

Grate the orange zest on a fine grater, cut the oranges into slices. Cut the ginger into thin slices. Pass the garlic through a press.
