This is a classic Uzbek dish. The meat filling is wrapped in puff pastry. The dish is baked in the oven, has an appetizing ruddy color and crispy crust.

Combine flour, salt, sugar, milk powder, yeast, water, vegetable oil, and egg. Knead a soft elastic dough, roll it into a bun and leave in a warm place for 1.5 hours. For the filling, mix the minced meat, chopped onion, salt and ground pepper to taste.
