Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Cut the peeled carrots into strips. Wash the beef, pat dry with paper towels, cut into medium-sized cubes. Fry the onions in a pan until golden brown, then add the meat and carrots. Cook everything together for 10-15 minutes.
