Apricot jam without cooking

Once a neighbor recommended a recipe for apricot jam without cooking. I decided to try it, and now this is our family's favorite jam. To prepare it, you just need to wash the fruit, remove the seeds from them and mix several times.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 9
First, sort out the ripe apricots. Rinse the fruit under cool running water. Then let them dry by placing them in a colander to allow the excess liquid to glass.
step 2 out of 9
Remove the seeds from the dried apricots. Transfer to a deep bowl.
step 3 out of 9
Mash the pitted apricots with a mashed potatoes or hand blender.
step 4 out of 9
Pour the required amount of granulated sugar into a glass and pour half into the chopped apricot mass. Stir well, cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
step 5 out of 9
After the time has passed, remove the bowl and pour in the remaining granulated sugar. Mix everything well for five minutes and put it back in the refrigerator.
step 6 out of 9
After an hour, take out a bowl of jam, mix the mixture thoroughly for five minutes. And put it back in the refrigerator.
step 7 out of 9
After a couple of hours, remove the jam again and mix the mixture thoroughly. Repeat these manipulations several more times until the jam becomes thick.
step 8 out of 9
Arrange the jam in pre-sterilized jars and close with clean, dry lids. Store the pre-cooked jam in the refrigerator.
step 9 out of 9
Use ready-made jam to prepare various desserts or simply spread on fresh bread and enjoy the deliciousness.

Bon Appetit!
