Apricot jam is a real delicacy! Have you ever tried whole apricot jam? This recipe is about this method of cooking. Nothing special is needed for this, from the standard one is to sterilize the cans and lids. Whole apricot jam is so tasty that you want to eat it right away!

Fill the apricots with boiled syrup, put on fire and after boiling, cook for about 5 minutes more. Do not forget to stir the jam. After this, the jam must be cooled. You can wait until it cools down by itself, or you can do the following: place the jam in a larger container with ice water. After cooling, put the jam on the fire again, bring to a boil. Then you need to cool it again. Put the cooled apricot jam on the fire after the second cooling and cook for about 25 minutes. To determine the readiness of the jam, you should take a little syrup, drip it onto a cold dish. The finished jam will not spread.
