Among the huge amount of preservation for the winter, apricot jam takes its rightful place. Apricot jam is aromatic and very tasty. It is so fragrant that every spoonful of this delicacy resembles summer. Beautiful fruit slices and amber syrup make this jam the undisputed leader among sweet preparations for the winter.
Ingredients
Cooking process
Rinse the apricots thoroughly, cut them into halves, while removing the seeds. Put the prepared apricot halves with the inside up in a container in which the jam will be prepared. When a layer of apricots covers the bottom, sprinkle it with granulated sugar. We do the same with the rest of the layers.
We put the container with apricots on the fire, gently stirring the settled sugar. After boiling, keep the jam on fire for another 5 minutes. Skim off the resulting foam if necessary. Then remove the apricots from the heat and cool completely. After that, boil them again for 5 minutes after boiling and then cool. Cook the apricot jam for the third time until cooked (a drop of ready-made jam will not spread on a dry plate).
Enjoy your tea!
