Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
Rinse the apricots thoroughly, cut them into halves, while removing the seeds. Put the prepared apricot halves with the inside up in a container in which the jam will be prepared. When a layer of apricots covers the bottom, sprinkle it with granulated sugar. We do the same with the rest of the layers.
step 2 out of 6
When you cover the last layer of apricots with granulated sugar, cover the container with a lid and refrigerate overnight.
step 3 out of 6
During the night, the apricots will let out a lot of juice - the slices will be completely in the syrup.
step 4 out of 6
We put the container with apricots on the fire, gently stirring the settled sugar. After boiling, keep the jam on fire for another 5 minutes. Skim off the resulting foam if necessary. Then remove the apricots from the heat and cool completely. After that, boil them again for 5 minutes after boiling and then cool. Cook the apricot jam for the third time until cooked (a drop of ready-made jam will not spread on a dry plate).
step 5 out of 6
Put hot apricot jam in sterilized jars, close with lids, turn upside down and let cool completely.
step 6 out of 6
Aromatic apricot jam jam is ready! Enjoy a thick, sweet and magically delicious treat!

Enjoy your tea!
