Clear apricot jam with whole fruit slices is one of the most delicious homemade delicacies. You can simply drink tea with it, spreading pieces of fruit on white bread, or use it to decorate homemade baked goods.

Wash the apricots and carefully dividing each fruit into two halves, remove the pits.

Cover the apricot halves with sugar and leave for one hour.

After a while, put the saucepan on the stove and cook over low heat until boiling. Then remove the pan from the heat and let the jam cool under the lid.

Re-place the pot on low heat and bring the contents to a boil without stirring. 5 minutes after boiling, turn off the heat and leave the jam to cool.

Repeat this procedure 2 more times. This will cook the fruit and reduce the volume of the syrup. After cooling completely, the syrup will become thick and transparent. Pour the jam into sterilized jars and roll up.
