Royal apricot jam

The royal recipe for apricot jam is to combine the benefits and flavors of fruits and their seeds. During the cooking process, apricot kernels reach a state in which they become fit for human consumption.

Wash the apricots and remove the seeds from them with a wooden stick. Insert the skewer into the place where the stalk was and just push the bone out of the fruit.
