Apricot jam with walnuts and orange

Peeled apricots are boiled in sugar syrup. Then halves of nuts are added to them and everything is poured with orange and lemon chopped in a blender. It turns out a very tasty jam with a pleasant sourness.

Rinse the apricots thoroughly under running water, dry them with a paper towel and remove the seeds.

Pour granulated sugar into a deep saucepan, fill it with drinking water and put on a small fire. Bring to a boil and continue cooking until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Fill the apricots with the resulting syrup and let cool completely.

Wash oranges with lemon thoroughly, peel, remove the films and send them to the blender bowl. Grind until smooth.

Add the peeled walnut halves to the apricots and put on low heat. Bring everything to a boil, remove from the stove and leave to cool completely.

Now pour in chopped oranges with lemon, mix gently and put on fire. Bring to a boil and immediately pour the jam into sterilized clean jars. Close the lids tightly.
