Many people prepare a fragrant apricot dessert according to various recipes. You are offered a rather unusual combination of apricots, nuts and citrus fruits for making jam. For him, choose not quite ripe fruits with an easily separable stone. Citrus fruits (lemon and orange) and their quantity can be taken to your liking. Such a jam is prepared by the method of 2-fold cooking and infusion of fruits in syrup.

Rinse the selected apricots well with cold water and then discard in a colander to drain excess liquid or dry them with a towel. Remove pits from apricots by cutting them along the groove. Then transfer the prepared fruits to a bowl for making jam.
