Apricot jam with seeds 5-minute for the winter

Peeled apricots are poured with sugar syrup, and the seeds are dried in the oven. Then everything is put on fire and kernels are added there. The jam is cooked for 5 minutes over low heat in three sets. Then it is poured into jars and cooled.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
Wash the apricots thoroughly and dry them on a paper towel.
step 2 out of 6
We cut them in half and take out the bones. We send the kernels to a baking sheet and dry in the oven.
step 3 out of 6
Take a deep saucepan and add granulated sugar, fill it with drinking water and put on medium heat. Stir occasionally until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and add halves of apricots along with dried seeds to the resulting syrup. We return back to the fire.
step 4 out of 6
Cook over low heat for 5 minutes after everything boils. Remove the foam and cool completely. Stir gently to keep the apricots intact. We put it back on the stove and cook for another 5 minutes after boiling. Cool again and cook for another 5 minutes.
step 5 out of 6
The jam is ready. Let it cool completely. At this time, we sterilize the jars in which it will be stored.
step 6 out of 6
We put the apricot halves together with the seeds in clean jars, and then fill everything with sugar syrup. We roll up the lids and turn them upside down. Let the jam brew under a blanket or in the sun, after which it can be removed to a place suitable for storage. We use it in cooking or use it in its pure form. Bon Appetit!
