Wash the apricots, cut in half and remove the seeds. Pour the prepared fruits into a deep enamel bowl.

Pour half of the granulated sugar required according to the recipe to the apricots. We leave for about 5 hours to infuse.

Closer to the end of the infusion time of the apricots, it is necessary to prepare the almond kernels. We place them in a separate bowl and pour boiling water over them. We leave for 10 minutes. After that, remove the skin from the kernels.

Put the bowl with the infused apricots on the fire. Cook over medium heat until boiling, then add peeled almonds and half of the remaining granulated sugar.

We continue to cook the jam over low heat for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally and removing the resulting foam.

After half an hour of cooking, remove the apricot jam with almonds from the heat, cool a little. Then, adding the remaining portion of granulated sugar, put on fire again and cook for another 30 minutes. Do not forget to stir and remove the foam.
