We put the apricots on the stove and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally so that the sugar does not burn. Cook for 10-15 minutes. Remove from the stove and let the jam stand for several hours. After that, we repeat the procedure again two more times: cook for 10-15 minutes and turn it off. Let it cool and brew for several hours.
