Apricot jam with kernels royal recipe

The apricots, together with the peeled seeds, are placed in a saucepan and poured with water and sugar. Everything is cooked for 5 minutes, and then the syrup is prepared separately. This is repeated 3-5 times. The jam is transferred to jars and covered with lids.

Wash the apricots thoroughly under running water and dry them with a paper towel. We cut them in half and take out the bones.

We split the bones and take out the nucleoli from them. Remove the skin from them. If this is done with difficulty, then immerse them in boiling water for 1 minute, put them in a colander and douse them with ice water a couple of times. Put the kernels back into the apricots.

Transfer the fruit to a fireproof bowl. Pour granulated sugar into a separate saucepan, fill it with water and put on medium heat.
