I want to share my discovery of incredibly tasty and aromatic white cherry jam. The cooking process is very simple and fast. The process is complicated only by the fact that you need to extract the seeds from the cherries. The weight of white cherries in the recipe is already pitted.

Prepare all the ingredients you need to make white cherry jam. Sort out the white cherries, put in a sieve or colander, rinse thoroughly and let the excess liquid drain. Use a pin or special tool to remove the bones.

Break the walnuts into smaller pieces, stuff the peeled white cherries with walnut pieces. Place the prepared berries in a metal dish with a thick bottom.

Fill the berries with the required amount of granulated sugar and pour in drinking water.

Wash the lemon thoroughly, cut into four parts, remove the seeds, cut into thin slices and put on the berries. Mix thoroughly.

Put the container with berries on low heat, bring to a boil, stirring occasionally and removing the resulting foam, cook for 5-7 minutes. Then remove from heat and cool completely. Repeat the cooking process 3-4 times.

Wash and sterilize jars in the microwave. Pour boiling water over the lids. Jars and lids must be dry. Using a ladle, carefully pour the hot jam into sterile jars. Tighten jars of white cherry jam with sterile lids, leave to cool completely, move them to a dark place. Then try the treat.
