White cherry jam with walnuts

Royal White Cherry Jam takes on a beautiful dark amber hue thanks to the nuts. Walnuts are placed inside the berries, imitating a stone.

Wash the berries and remove the seeds with a pin.

Cut the kernels of the nuts into pieces equal in size to the seeds removed from the cherry. Insert nuts inside the cherries.

Cover the berries with sugar and let stand for 2-3 hours.

Add about 70 gr. water, put to simmer on minimum heat. It is not permissible to stir the jam, you need to shake the pan. When the jam boils, remove it from the heat, removing the foam. When the jam is completely cool, bring to a boil again, remove the foam and let cool.
